1. How do I join AurovilleArts.com? |
Send an email to
info@aurovillearts.com You will receive a confirmation email with a password.Ask for Renu.
You are now ready to upload your Artist Biography, your picture and any images of your art-work resized to 23-46 KB for sale or display.

2. I do not live in AV but I want to support the work there? |

3. How do I login?
|
|
Type www.AurovilleArts.com in your web-browser, then click on the Artist Login tab and type in your email address and password. If you are a first time user you must choose “I accept” after you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the site.
Please fill out the form details and select browse to upload your Biography and Artist photo as prompted on the form. (After selecting browse you can open the location in your computer containing your biography and an image of yourself)

4. How do I upload my pictures? |

To upload (add) new images, select add/edit and click. Then
select add, Product name is the Title of the peice,
next scroll through the catagories and select the appropriate catagory,
(Note: If there are no catagories for your work, write the new category title in the Description space for the web-master to add).
Select Browse and open the files in your computer (make sure that pictures have been reduced close to 26K). To know how large your picture is select: file then properties- to resize you picture select the resize picture option. Fill in the Dimensions of the actual piece and its price (add 30%)and select save. Note if the weight of your piece is important please note it as freight is measured either by weight or volume.

5. I have uploaded my pictures but they are not visible on the site?

The web-master will enable the public viewing within two working days.

| 6. How do I Modify ?
|
|
Login at the artist page. In this window you will be able to make changes or add info to the piece,.
To preview changes you must select it and click preview and select Edit, this will show all your pieces. Select the piece you would like to modify by clicking on the left column and select Modify or Edit. Next choose preview to view the modifications. Once you have finished you must click update

7. I can’t find the right category for my art?
|
|
In the case that you do not find the appropriate category for your art-work please make a suggestion of the category or sub-category in the Product description box for the webmaster to add.
